The Drew Wall Street Summer Program immerses participants in financial markets. This program, held in midtown Manhattan, combines theoretical, historical, and institutional morning lectures with afternoon real-life experiences.
The Wall Street Semester takes Drew University students to the financial district to learn from experts in the financial industry and to tour the areas that are so important to the American economy. You will take a critical look at Wall Street’s operations, discover the economics underlying the transactions, examine the district’s history, and analyze ethical and moral concerns. By the end of the semester, you will have a thorough grasp of Wall Street’s position in the economy as a whole, as well as an awareness for problems and debates impacting New York’s financial industry.
This 8-credit program is offered every spring. Classes begin mid-January and end in early May. Students will travel to New York City for classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
